Sarah Curtis Henry is Chief Commercial Officer of Parfums Christian Dior, North America. She works alongside the President and Global Headquarters to drive every aspect of retail and sales in North America from sell-in to sell-out, in-store to .com, client experience, and capital planning. Sarah was previously Senior Vice President of Omnichannel Sales & Retail for the United States.
Prior to Parfums Christian Dior, Sarah was Chief Marketing and Revenue Officer at Tatcha, a global skincare brand bridging timeless Japanese beauty rituals and advanced science, working alongside Founder Vicky Tsai and leading Global Brand Development, Marketing, Creative, E-Commerce and North America retail. She has held Global and North America focused strategy, marketing, and trade leadership positions during her time in the beauty industry, bridging categories from haircare to skincare, color, and fragrance, and leading functional areas from marketing to sales, PR, merchandising, and digital.
She spent over 6 years at LVMH including over 3 years at Fresh Beauty where she served as Senior Vice President, General Manager of North America, and Vice President of Global Marketing. Sarah also held the role of Vice President, Head of U.S. Marketing, PR & Education at Guerlain.
Prior to LVMH, she held roles at the Estee Lauder Companies including Executive Director, Global Treatment Marketing at Clinique; and Executive Director, Global Makeup Marketing at Estée Lauder. Additionally, she served in marketing roles at L’Oréal USA on the L’Oréal Paris and Softsheen-Carson brands.
Sarah began her career in Finance at JPMorgan and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA with a concentration in Economics from Spelman College.
She is a native of Brooklyn, New York and currently resides in Manhattan with her husband and 6-year-old son. Sarah is on the Board of Directors of the FIT Foundation, and a member of several organizations and affinity groups with a focus on mentorship and service.

Founded in 2016, Hill House Home launched as a direct-to-consumer bedding and home business. The company went viral with the 2019 launch of the cult-favorite product, the Nap Dress, and has since expanded further into fashion categories including separates, pajamas, footwear, and swim, while iterating on their home offering across bedding, bath, and baby.

Gina is the Vice President of Revenue at Rent the Runway. Founded in 2009, Rent the Runway is disrupting the trillion-dollar fashion industry and changing the way women get dressed by pioneering the ‘Closet in the Cloud’: a dream closet filled with an infinite selection of designer styles to rent, wear and return (or keep!).
In her role, Gina leads the marketing, creative and revenue teams responsible for driving growth and retention across its rental subscription, one-time rental and resale product offerings. She sets north star goals and guides the consumer-led business strategies to achieve them. Gina was previously the Director of Business Operations and Strategy.

PJ Singh is the vice president of stores strategy and product management at Macy’s. Stacie Henderson has spent the past 15 years in luxury and retail working for global brands such as Versace and Ferragamo. Her specialization is marketing, e-commerce, and digital. She has brought technology to retail and global brands while developing dynamic growth activations that blend online and offline strategies. She was one of the first digital adopters in the luxury space. Henderson initiated and oversaw the launch of e-commerce for the US, social media, live streaming, and influencer initiatives while at Versace.
She is currently the US Head of E-Commerce and Digital for Tod's Group overseeing the group's e-commerce business and digital efforts for Tod's, Roger Vivier, and Hogan. Additionally, she is responsible for omnichannel and consumer experiences. She has a consulting company, Diversa, that specializes in e-commerce, consumer positioning, and marketing for fashion and luxury brands.
Prior to her role at Tod’s Group, Stacie was CEO of Keep.com, has held senior marketing roles with Salvatore Ferragamo and Versace, and was the Vice President of Marketing at Westfield World Trade Center where she oversaw the marketing, mobile technology, and consumer experience for the shopping district.
She had the pleasure of being invited to the White House to support and advise the First Lady, Ms. Michelle Obama, with The Better Make Room Campaign, an initiative to inspire every student in America to complete their education past high school. Stacie is also the co-founder of Fashion Tech Connects, an organization dedicated to increasing the number of women of color in fashion/tech positions. Recently, she joined The CFDA’s Black Advisory Board to support black talent in the fashion industry and is also on the board of the Fashion Scholarship Fund.
Henderson holds a Master in Fashion Management from SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy, and is fluent in Italian. She has lived and worked in Honduras, El Salvador, Ecuador, Japan, and Italy. She currently resides with her family in New York City and is officially an ice hockey Mom.
