VP of Stores Strategy and Product Management, Macy's

PJ Singh is the vice president of stores strategy and product management at Macy’s. His role is focused on envisioning the future role that stores play in Macy’s ecosystem and the customer and colleague experiences that will enable this. PJ’s team sits at the cross-section of strategy, product management, new business development and change management.

Over the last 18 years, PJ has held a broad range of leadership positions at Macy’s, including product merchandising, brand management, private label sourcing, process improvement and technology.  Prior to the Stores Organization, he worked under the Executive Vice President, Business Development to bring together a cohesive strategy and process to launch new business opportunities at Macy’s.  PJ started his career in the Executive Training Program with the Foley’s Division of May Company in Houston, TX and he holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.

PJ is deeply involved with Macy’s Employee Resource Groups, previously serving as the Executive Sponsor for the Asian American and Pacific Islander ERG (A-Team) and most recently as the Executive Sponsor of the Interfaith ERG.
